The way yoga will help with yeast infection is by strengthening the immune system, promoting a better diet, and using breathing techniques to safely eliminate stress. Yoga will teach ones self to do a body cleanse every so often. This will get rid of the toxin and mucus build up that the Candida reside. You might do this by fasting or using a body cleanse treatment, which usually consist of liquids only.

Yoga will also encourage a better diet that will strengthen the immune system, eliminating the yeast infection. You will be focused on living a conscious and aware lifestyle that will help you bring out the physical and mental health that is within us all.

So is yoga for yeast infection the answer? Well it could be debated but you will strengthen your immune system by doing yoga, you will deal with stress in a better way, and you will increase your physical and mental health. All in turn will help win the fight against Candida better known as Yeast infection.
